Wagging Tails franchisee Hilary Coates, who operates the Swindon dog boarding franchise has been named as a finalist at the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards in the Business Person of the Year category. The awards celebrate the success of large and small businesses throughout Wiltshire across all business sectors.
Upon hearing the news Hilary said,
“I was very excited to be told that I have made it through to the finalist stage in the Wiltshire Business of the Year awards, for the category of Business Person of the Year.
As someone who had no experience of running a business prior to taking on the franchise of Wagging Tails in this area 4 years ago, I hope this will inspire other people to get out there and give it a go, you never know what you might achieve until you try!
Grateful thanks go to my wonderful franchisors for their support, knowledge and advice and especially to my team of carers, who do such a great job looking after the dogs in their care that we have bookings a year in advance.”
Wagging Tails Director Jim Suswain added,
“Hilary has shown a huge amount of drive and passion to develop her franchise in the Swindon area and this (being shortlisted) is just reward for all of her hard work and commitment to making her franchise such a valuable part of dog owners’ lives in her local area.”
Wagging Tails offers a home based franchise opportunity for dog owners looking to run their own business. This business suits dog lovers from any background interested in working from home and running a business that is focussed on the welfare and love of dogs.
