- Happy franchisees lead to Best Franchise Awards final November 7, 2017
Wagging Tails are finalists at the 2017 Best Franchise Awards, sponsored by Lloyds Bank, following a glowing report from franchisees in this year’s Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark survey.
These awards are unique in that they are based on feedback from thousands of actual franchisees. The survey requires franchisees to anonymously score its franchisor on qualities including initial training, ongoing support, relationship with the franchisor and whether they would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee. The results of this year’s survey have seen Wagging Tails listed as one of the top 3 franchises in the “Best Franchise Business to Consumer” category.
Steven Frost, Director of research firm smith+henderson who run the awards, said,
“We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to these franchisors. All the finalists have received outstanding feedback from their franchisees, who completed our independent and confidential Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, which uniquely identifies the franchises that live up to their franchisee’s expectations. We congratulate them on this achievement.”
Wagging Tails Director Jim Suswain added,
“We work closely with our franchisee network and offer our franchisees the very best support possible to help them develop their businesses. The results of the 2017 satisfaction survey are a real endorsement of how we work with our franchisees to grow our brand and help them develop their individual businesses.”
The winners of the Best Franchise Awards will be announced at the Best Franchise Conference at the end of November.
