Wagging Tails don’t believe in training you in their systems and then leaving you to it. Making the transition from employee to self-employed, from working in an office to working from home and the addition of recruiting and running your own team can seem daunting. With Wagging Tails’ continuous support you will always have a mentor to discuss any ideas you have or hurdles you come across and with a network of franchisees sharing their experiences you won’t feel alone. Equally this is very much your own business and with Wagging Tails’ support you can reap the rewards of your hard work and effort.
Training includes a 3 day course covering everything from their automated booking system, recruiting carers, media and advertising and personalised stationary right through to their accounting system. In addition all franchisees will benefit from Canine First Aid Training and a Diploma course in Dog Behaviour. All franchisees will be supplied with corporate apparel, corporate branded gazebo and car decal to help promote the Wagging Tails brand in their area plus a personalised and fully optimised webpage on the Wagging Tails website.
